TRW Aeronautical Systems employs over 6000 people in Europe, Asia Pacific and the Americas and has over 20 operating facilities world-wide.

For all our major product groups, in Cargo Systems, Engine Controls, Flight and Missile Actuation, Hoists & Winches, and Power Generation we consistently rank first or second in the global market place. Our targets are ambitious, to achieve significant and sustainable growth, and we are getting there.

Already over 90% of European Military Aircraft and 25% of the world's Passenger Aircraft use our Engine Controls. More than half of the world's aircraft now being built or converted are fitted with our Cargo Systems. There are many challenges ahead striving to provide customers with perfect delivery and quality at reduced costs, and new  technologies from TRW Aeronautical Systems will play a key role in reducing the cost, weight, noise and emissions of the aircraft whilst maximising performance and economy of future aircraft.
