So whether there's a complaint about security or rising fares, overcrowded platforms or confusing information display units, we push for the changes railway users want. And now with the complete restructuring of the way we operate, our philosophy has changed too. Instead of simply responding to passenger complaints, we anticipate potential issues and act on them before they become a problem. We've just restructured the entire organisation, moving all our offices into London and Manchester. This not only allows us to become closer and more unified as a whole, but it lends itself well to our new customer focus. Now instead of just responding to passenger complaints, we'll be more proactive in understanding passenger needs. This means interacting with communities, identifying the concerns and wishes of rail users, and acting on potential issues before they become problems. An example of this greater communication with the people we serve, involves the use of Champions. Champions are our 'e-network' of volunteers from communities across the country, working as a focus group to provide us with passenger insights from the grass roots level. They are a key feature of our customer-focused effort, and they represent one of the many innovative ways in which we are working to fulfil our three main functions:
