T.J. Morris Ltd, trading as Home Bargains, has been established for over 30 years and now has over 110 stores in the North and Midlands employing approximately 3,000 staff.
We have recently been recognised by industry experts as one of the fastest growing UK retailers:

To build on our success to date we plan to grow to approximately 500 stores, employing a total of over 12,000 staff within the next 10 years. To achieve this growth, we will need to appoint:
- 400 more Store Managers, Assistant Managers and Fill Shift Supervisors
- 30 more Relief Managers
- 40 more Area Managers
- 8 more Regional Managers
We believe in keeping things simple and efficient. Our Distribution Centre, operating from our Head Office in Liverpool, services all our stores across the UK on a daily basis. Our stores are fast and furious environments, operating on high volume turnover selling branded goods at low prices.
