• Service Bay Diagnostic Solutions – this group provides systems that are used by franchised dealer repair technicians globally to identify and resolve complex electrical and electromechanical vehicle problems. These systems are installed in a multitude of plants across the world to improve the overall productivity and quality of vehicle produced.

More recently, specific research and development has been undertaken for the development of predictive based diagnostic systems that are soon to become reality on production vehicles. Component condition monitoring and a wide range of other remote services, such as signalling of essential servicing and maintenance, driver monitoring and incident reporting are changing the landscape of vehicle servicing and maintenance. By using pioneering techniques in vehicle diagnostics we are enabling manufacturers to improve quality, add value and reduce costs.
