Many of our customers like to operate their accounts by phone, so if you are a good communicator then the Customer Service Centre or Direct Sales Call Centre, may be the place for you. Alternatively, if you prefer a more specialist role at our Head Office in Stroud you could be working in one of our busy departments: Human Resources, Marketing, Finance, Legal, Audit, Compliance, IT, Lending Centre, Property Services, Sales Support, Branch Operations. Your experience in any of these areas maybe an advantage, although we firmly believe that with a positive attitude and determination to succeed you have a lot to offer and we would like to hear from you.
