As an Arms Length Management Organisation (ALMO), set up by Sandwell Metropolitan Borough Council, we manage and maintain council homes to excellent standards - with the ultimate aim of improving the quality of life for the people who live here.

What we do
Our vision is to be nationally recognised as a best practice social housing provider by delivering sustainable quality homes and excellent customer services through committed and motivated employees. Our short-term goals include achieving the Decent Homes standard by 2010, and being one of the top performing housing organisations in the UK.
On a day to day basis, we provide the local community with a wide range of housing services. Our work is monitored by Sandwell Council so that tenants are continually assured of high quality housing and excellent services at all times, and we consistently focus on providing the highest available standards of service.
