Within our Retail Stores we want people who can build a rapport with our customers and have pride in helping them find a certain gift or product. We want people who will encourage our customers to return and enjoy the shopping experience through their support, and knowledge of the brand. Our Store Managers will be able to lead and demonstrate by example their strong customer focus and commercial awareness.
