Who are Retail Variations

We are a relatively new company who started trading in May 2001 and have built a common platform, which enables all our brands to trade seamlessly across all channels. We currently have two brands; Past Times and Ocean.

We have 1200 employees in the UK, with 150 working in our Head Offices in Oxfordshire and London and 250 in our warehouse and distribution centre in Cumbria. The majority of our employees are in our Retail Stores throughout the UK, Ireland and Jersey.

Our aim is to become one of the UK’s leading multi-channel retailers through our Stores, Catalogues and Web, allowing customers to shop with us in a manner that suits them anytime, anyplace and anywhere.

A multi-channel infra-structure is difficult to build and manage; it requires significant resource, expertise, experience and commitment.
Therefore, providing great customer service through all these channels requires the application of significant capital and know-how as well as the personal commitment of everyone involved in the group.
