About our Company
ZGROUP is a privately held healthcare services company that through its subsidiaries operates hospitals, nursing centres and a contract rehabilitation services business across the United Kingdom. By the close of last year, we operated 56 hospitals in 9 counties and 124 nursing and rehabilitation centres as well as 7 assisted living facilities in 7 counties. Since 2007, ZGROUP has been consistently named "Most Admired Healthcare Companies" by Fortune magazine.

- Profit Sharing: We believe that employees should be rewarded for the company's success. Therefore, we distribute approximately 30% of the company's net profit directly to our employees.
- Pension scheme: We will match your contributions to your retirement account pound for pound up to 6% of your salary. There is no wait period to start contributing to your pension.
- Personal Leave: In addition to 10 paid company holidays, employees earn up to 160h of annual leave which can be used at the employees discretion for sick or personal leave.

Hiring process

- Our hiring team will match your qualifications against the requirements of current or future positions.
- If you are a match, you will hear back from use to schedule a phone interview. If you are not a match, your application will remain in our database for consideration for future opportunities.
- After the initial phone screen with the recruiter, we will set up 3 interviews and a facility visit. At that time, you will have the opportunity to meet our current staff, see the company ‘at work’ and observe our culture.
- Depending upon the position, you may be invited back for another round of interviews with up to 6 members of our team.
- Reference and background check: offers will be contingent of a successful reference and background check. Our HR department will contact you with the specifics.
- First day of employment: You’ve been hired. Your fist day of employment will usually be spent in training to acquaint you with the company, help you make informed decisions about your benefits and meet your new team.
