Customer Service (Contact Centres): Answering calls from the public, you’ll like this work if you’re comfortable with figures, enjoy dealing with different people, sorting out problems, using PCs and explaining complex issues in easy to understand language. We have Centres in many major towns, so we might have a job near you.
Administration: These roles are the backbone of our offices You’ll enjoy the variety if you’re comfortable with teamworking, using your initiative and handling work that requires a real eye for detail as you will be providing vital support to the team.
