The G4S Integrated Services Head Office is situated on a country estate on the edge of the Cotswold Hills near the village of Broadway in Worcestershire. We operate a wide variety of critical support service contracts for Government, public and private sector customers across the UK and Ireland. We manage people, premises, logistics, information and equipment, working in partnership with our customers to deliver innovation and maximum value for money.

Our Healthcare and Education business provides healthcare facilities management services from community health buildings to acute hospitals and accident and emergency wards. We develop centres of service excellence with a strong emphasis on staff training and development, compliance, and focus on critical NHS issues such as infection control. We provide medical expertise and resourcing to support primary and secondary NHS care, including patient transportation, medical recruitment, medico-legal claims assessments, and forensic services.
This business stream provides also facilities management services to schools and educational facilities. We work in partnership with education authorities to deliver new and refurbished schools, including those within the Building Schools for the Future (BSF) programme. We collaborate with specialist partners to provide innovative, service-led building designs that support the long term management and maintenance of the facility, and provide the best possible learning environment for pupils and teaching staff.
Integrated Facility Solutions (IFS) provides high quality integrated facilities management -typically involving both hard (building, mechanical and electrical maintenance) and soft services (including cleaning, catering, portering, reception/security…) Users access all services via a ‘one-stop-shop’ helpdesk equipped with Computer-Aided Facilities Management (CAFM) software that efficiently manages tasks and provides comprehensive performance reports. Target markets include critical environments for Government agencies, private sector businesses, secure accommodation, courts services, etc.
