OUR PEOPLE
What's it like to work with us?
At Plantronics every employee is visible. And everyone's contribution is rewarded. With a relatively small, focused workforce we are genuinely able to treat each person as an individual, which is why there are no set training programmes.
Instead, you'll drive your own development and if you feel you need something extra, just tell us. Structures are flexible and there is always the opportunity to grow and expand your role.
Big company, big opportunities
Wherever you join us, you'll quickly get to grips with working globally: there are no boundaries to communication and progress. You'll have colleagues throughout European locations.
Where could you go?
Plantronics Europe offers a wide range of opportunities for people with either an affinity for technology or with an aptitude for transferring their skills. It’s worth noting that relocation can be considered for those thinking of moving. Each case will be assessed on an individual basis.
Supply Chain Management
Well-placed, in the Dutch town of Hoofddorp, near Amsterdam, this is a team for anyone who thrives in an environment where innovation is key. Supply Chain is the part of the Operations department that ensures a direct path from the factory to the customer. This could involve New Product Introduction, Logisitics, Purchasing and Project Management. But each department contributes to the improvement of Operations as a whole.
Customer Care
The customer care team’s job is simple: to take care of our customers – by any means possible. And that doesn’t just mean consumers, but Business Partners, Resellers, VARs, and internal customers too. Each group requires their own approach, which isn't a problem for our teams. Each of our multilingual Customer Care Representatives is trained and skilled across multifunctional areas. So they can deliver the highest quality of service to each and every customer.
Channel Sales Managers
Outstanding communicators with a talent for negotiation, we have Channel Sales Managers across Europe. With a background in IT, telecommunications or communications, you’ll build strategic relationships with both the Channels and end clients. These roles are perfect for self-motivated individuals who enjoy the freedom to work from home.
Marketing
Primarily based in the UK you’ll manage brands and see projects all the way through from conception to production. And whether your focus is on business customers or the consumer market, you’ll apply expertise across a wide variety of areas – such as channel marketing, corporate communications, e-business, market research, public relations and product management. Whatever your expertise, this is work that challenges and inspires.
Finance
Located in the UK, our Finance team is home to Forecasters, Business Analysts and Pricing Analysts. Accounting vacancies, on the other hand, are based at our Dutch office. This is a highly focused, professional environment – but it’s also one where ideas really count. Whether it’s in our latest product or our accounts systems, we value innovation highly.
I.T.
As a world-class producer of new technology, it’s hardly surprising that we’ve a broad selection of skills across IT. You could be joining our team in the UK or The Netherlands as a Helpdesk Analyst, or maybe your skills are in applications where you could join the team as an Oracle Applications Consultant?
H.R.
Our HR team mainly based in the UK, support our associates across EMEA from recruitment through to Compensation and Benefits and Employee Relations. No two days are the same when working in such a multicultural environment. Whatever your specialism, there is always a new challenge around the corner.

Based in the UK, the Swindon Development Centre works on product solutions. These utilise wireless technologies, like Bluetooth and DECT, to provide both corded and cordless headsets for the mobile, VoIP, fixed line and computer markets.
The Engineering team has core competences in RF, DSP, Firmware, Acoustics, PCB Design and Compliance Engineering. You could work on projects with our design centres in the US, Mexico and China, be part of our technical Product Support Team or join our dedicated approvals team to promote WW Compatibility.
