Customer Services Advisers
On joining npower all new Customer Services employees undertake a comprehensive induction programme that can last up to 12 weeks, during which they are taught the necessary skills to carry out their roles within the company. After the initial classroom based induction training, we give our employees their very own 'buddy' - an experienced member of staff who will sit in on calls to ensure everything is going well and give advice when needed. All this is designed to ensure you 'graduate' and move into your role with the best possible initial support.
Telesales Advisors
Upon joining npower’s Telesales team you will receive two weeks initial training where you will be taught the necessary skills to carry out your role. This includes systems, products and their benefits, industry knowledge and how to effectively & confidently overcome objections. Following this, you will move to your team where you will have the support of your Team Manager.
With all roles, ongoing support is readily available throughout your career with npower, including the chance to work towards nationally recognised qualifications, helping you develop into an experienced call centre professional.
