Our Culture
The founder company of moneysupermarket.com, Mortgage 2000, started off with two members of staff in our CEO’s terraced house in Chester. Now with over 650 employees working across the group we pride ourselves on still having the close small company feel that we have had since we began. Now we are a PLC and a FTSE 250 Company, and have significantly grown in size. We have a passionate social committee keeping the close vibrant social atmosphere and organise events to bring employees from across the business together and raise money for our annual chosen charity. Moneysupermarket.com has a very entrepreneurial culture where every employee’s ideas are welcomed. Our staff are passionate about contributing towards making our company the best in the business and working enthusiastically toward keeping our business the leading price comparison site in the UK. Obviously this culture is not produced on its own. We pride ourselves on having knowledgeable, ambitious employees, who are focused on working hard to keep our company at the top of the market as well as contributing towards keeping our company an exciting place to work.
