  • Social committee - Moneysupermarket.com has its own social committee comprised of eighteen members of our staff who ensure we keep our atmosphere vibrant and up-beat by researching into and arranging social events such as summer and Christmas parties, cinema nights, bowling events, pub quizzes and open mic nights.
  • Charity events - Each year moneysupermarket.com staff nominate and vote for a charity we would like to sponsor for a year, by arranging charity and social events such as sponsored sky diving, walks, quizzes and fancy dress days, as well as raising awareness of the charity to all of our staff in the hope to provide more direct sponsors. As well as this, Simon Nixon (CEO) matches the money raised by the company to ensure we are supporting our chosen charity as much as possible.
  • Holiday entitlement - The standard holiday entitlement for our staff are 23 days holiday + 8 bank holidays + additional holiday every 2 years up to 3 days.
  • Share Incentive Plan - Last year we were proud to announce that our company successfully floated on the London Stock Exchange. Because of this we now offer any employee of moneysupermarket.com the chance to participate in a partnership share plan.
