Management Placement Sandwich Degree Course

Our 48-week management placement programme is designed for Undergraduates on a sandwich degree course, which allows you to test drive a career in a fast-paced retail environment. If you want to finish your degree with valuable work experience, our Management Placement Sandwich Course is just the vehicle for you to be able to get to the heart of our business and learn key skills in team-working, motivation, enthusiasm, adaptability, communication and pro-activity that will help your long term employability. The 48 week programme consists of five clearly defined segments: Store Assistant training for 6 weeks, Store Manager training for 32 weeks, Warehouse and supply chain appreciation for 8 weeks and working with a District Manager for 2 weeks.
