Graduate Store Manager

Our Graduate Store Management training programme is ideal for you to gain experience and develop your management skills by leading a team of up to 25 people within a store-based environment. This demanding 12-24 month programme is focused on moulding you into an effective Store Manager and will provide you with real responsibility, so be prepared. It is our expectation that within 2 years, our Graduate Store Managers should be ready to progress onto the next stage of a promising career and begin training to become a member of our District Management team.

Your Profile

• Degree Educated
• Management experience desirable
• Proactive, with an eye for detail
• Excellent people skills with a strong customer focus
• Determined to achieve results and be successful
• Flexible attitude and adaptable to change
