West One was founded in 1996. Initially specialising in the provision of permanent Chefs, West One evolved further in 2001 to provide Chefs and Front of House staff on a temporary basis. Working alongside Lister Charles, the company currently operates from five offices in London, Bristol, Manchester, Cambridge and Birmingham; future offices are also in the pipeline.
