IPT was founded in 2000 to provide data and services to the emerging email marketing industry.
The company specialises in acquiring consumer data online including opt-in email addresses
(www.MyOffers.co.uk) which it sells or rents to clients in the form of prospect databases,
lists or leads for direct marketing campaigns. IPT has also diversified into email delivery
services (EmailBureau) and online market research (IMRS) and is recognised as an overall market leader.
IPT has been profitable since 2001, and has won a number of important awards:

Having built a consumer database of over 6m records, trade and consumer press coverage of IPT products has
been regular and extensive and the company is commited to using its expertise to educate the marketplace
both via the DMA (Direct Marketing Association) and IDM (Institute of Direct Marketing). IPT is also in the
process of publishing a 5-volume Essential Guide to Email Marketing, marked by a launch in the Savoy Hotel
in October attended by over 250 industry professionals.
The company is characterised by innovation and the ambition to succeed in a growing, fast moving sector.
Management and staff are results-orientated, however the environment is relaxed and employees are encouraged
to be individual and self-motivating. IPT has an active social programme which includes subsidised ski-ing
