Winnersh- Intel in Winnersh provides communications software solutions for the converged-network infrastructure.
Intel in Ireland:
Leixlip- Is Intel’s fourth largest manufacturing site outside the USA. It produces the latest Intel products; the Intel® Core™ 2 Duo and Intel® Core™2 Extreme processors for consumer, business, desktop and laptop PCs. Since 1989, Intel has invested over $7 billion transforming the 360 acre former stud farm campus in Leixlip, Co. Kildare into a state of the art manufacturing centre of excellence.
Shannon- Intel Shannon with more than 160 employees hosts both the Shannon Development Center and the Shannon Business Center. The Shannon Development Center is the European research and development arm of Intel's Digital Enterprise Group (DEG). The site hosts a number of divisions focusing on server chipset, security and communication silicon and software design. The Shannon Business Center provides business, technical and marketing support for European customers and field sales.
Intel in the Netherlands:
Based in Schipol Rijk, Intel’s Amsterdam office is unique – it’s the only Intel site in the world focused entirely on logistics. It's devoted to receiving, storing, packing and shipping products to Intel's end-customers.
Intel in Germany:
Braunschweig The Intel site is one of the biggest Chip-Design Centres in Europe. Founded in 2000 it is fully concentrating on the research and development on projects for the many core microprocessors for Intel’s Tera Scale Computing Initiative. Coming processor generations with hundred or more cores are developed of an international R&D effort, where the Braunschweig site contributes to.
Bruehl- This site dedicates its resources into the High-Performance-Computing (HPC) and Cluster systems. An example is the development of tools for the analysis for distributed systems.
Munich- This office now supports several groups, including sales and marketing, information technology, human resources, finance and Intel Capital
Ulm- employees focus on wireless communications technology and work closely with engineering and marketing groups from around the globe.
Intel in Poland:
Gdansk- is a software and hardware research center dedicated to communications technology
Warsaw- serves as a sales and marketing support center for all of Poland
Intel in Russia:
Moscow- Moscow provides strategic corporate support functions, sales and marketing, and hosts an innovative research and development center.
Nizhny Novgorod- the Intel Nizhny‘s Novgorod Lab (INNL) is now one of the largest Intel research and software development centres in Europe. Acting as the hub site for Russia research and development, the INNL also hosts the Russia Marketing Center and various support groups.
Novosibrisk- Novosibirsk offers both sales and marketing support to Siberia and the Far East, and integral research and development
Saint Petersburg- plays a key role in the research and development of innovative software solutions for Internet-related technologies.
Sarov: continues its valuable research and development history by creating important products and tools that enhance software development.
