Based in Norwich, Hubbard Architectural Metalwork is a leading U.K. specialist in the design manufacture and installation of architectural and general metalwork products.

The company was founded in 1950 after brothers, Fred and George Hubbard, seized an opportunity to start manufacturing wrought iron gates and decorative iron work for the private market after any available steel products had been absorbed by the demands of the second world war that had ended 5 years earlier.

Nearly sixty years on, and with over 80 employees on it’s staff, the company’s main area of operation is now in the construction industry where it serves major builders, contractors and developers in East Anglia, London, and around the south east and south west of the country, designing and supplying specialist products such as steel staircases, bridges, balconies, all types of balustrade, spirals and helicals as well as general steelwork items.
