Futaba Tenneco UK is a joint venture operation of two of the worlds leading automotive suppliers, set up to supply Toyota’s UK & European car plants with pressed and welded sub assemblies. The site also supplies other companies but its primary business is with Toyota.

The site has benefited from a major investment program since the merger of the two companies and operates 115 state of the art robot welding/assembly units. As well as a suite of presses ranging up to 2,500 tonne to provide the most capable and efficient pressing service available. In order to ship the parts as efficiently as possible a new on site Warehouse has been constructed which enables a delivery service that meets the JIT requirements of the automotive world.

Situated North of Manchester in Burnley Lancashire, the plant employs circa 350 employees operating a 3 shift basis Monday through Friday.
