World Class Development- Sales Academy
Join us as a Sales Account Manager, supported by a world-class training and development programme. The creation and launch of our Business Sales Academy represents a milestone in the history of our company and provides a level of development specifically designed to make sales professionals the best in their class. We will provide you with the infrastructure and opportunity for you to take your career to where you wish.
Expect to go on a wide range of one to three-day courses designed specifically for your role and delivered by industry experts. Courses are only one form of training within the Academy. Your skills development will also be honed through techniques such as pre and post course activities, eLearning, manufacturer led programmes, continuous coaching with your line manager and peers and then practical application of everything you learn when you go back to your day-to-day role. In addition, you’ll have access to a dedicated web portal offering course content; further resources and events online so you can control your own development.
The aim of the Academy is to create the best sales force in the industry. What’s more, it allows us to recruit people who may be relatively new to sales but have the potential and desire to succeed. The Academy will teach you everything you need to know, but we’ll go further than simply giving you new skills, we’ll also teach you to emulate the behaviours of the industry’s highest performers. In fact, best practice and the maximisation of high performance are central to the teachings of the Academy.
The Sales academy is not one short burst of training but a prolonged and ongoing support mechanism that over a period of time will take an individual to being amongst the best-trained Sales Managers in the country.
