Personal and professional development Every KTP Associate spends at least 10% of their time on training and personal development, in addition to having responsibility for a project intended to bring about strategic change in some aspect of a company's business. KTP Associates are also encouraged to register for a higher degree if they have not already done so, and will attend the modular KTP Associate Development Course. This covers project management, report-writing, making formal presentations, and communication and influencing skills: all skills needed for a successful career in business.
