The Cosourcing Services team at Deloitte provides secondment services to meet the short/medium term needs of a range of entities mainly in the financial services industry - typically banks, insurance and reinsurance companies and mutual fund managers.
There are presently some 16 qualified professional staff in our team.
Our clients need for assistance arises principally in periods of rapid growth or temporary staffing shortages, or to meet the resource needs of special projects. Staff are seconded typically for periods of one to three months to work at the clients office under the clients direction and supervision. For various reasons, the initial period of the secondment is frequently extended by the client.
The nature of the work performed is varied and ranges from the exciting and challenging to the more mundane and routine. Clients are, however, looking to get value for money and therefore would tend towards assigning higher rather than lower end work.
We are looking for people who are versatile, bring with them a wide range of capabilities and can work creatively, accurately and efficiently on an unsupervised basis. Good interpersonal, computer, communication (verbal and written) and organizational skills are also essential.
