If so, Cranfield University’s unique award winning Fellowship in Manufacturing Management (FMM) could be for you... The FMM is tailored to meet industry’s increasing demand for high calibre managers. It provides the training and development required to become a high achieving change agent with the necessary technical skills, leadership qualities and management expertise to be able to enhance business performance. During the 15 month programme we pay a tax free bursary of £800 per month and up to £500 per month in agreed expenses. On completion of the Fellowship programme Fellows progress into consultancy or senior management roles typically earning between £45,000 and £60,000 p.a. With strong leadership skills, business awareness, drive and flexibility, you must have experience in manufacturing, supply chain or engineering and be keen for further advancement.
