Career Opportunities at Cattles

There are four inter-dependent functions that make up Cattles. These are:

1. Sales & Marketing
2. Operations
3. Human Resources
4. Support Teams

Sales & Marketing have the primary responsibility of finding new applicants in our target markets.

Operations have the responsibility of converting these applications into long term customers and managing all aspects of their account, including handling arrears when they arise and cross-selling products when customers qualify.

To do all this, we need well-trained, highly motivated people and finding them and preparing them to do an outstanding job is the primary responsibility of our Human Resources team.

Underpinning all this activity we have our Support teams in key areas such as IT, Finance, Property Department and Communications. Without these people we wouldn't have offices to work in, computers to keep our records, accounts to measure our progress or salary paid in to the bank each month

The Career Path

There are four career levels as shown below. Within each of the 4 career levels there are a number of specific stages each of which reflect a particular development activity. You will be given a copy of the full career path structure as part of your induction and initial training.
You will also be given advice and support to help you plan your career with the company.
