grave’ claims service from initial claim registration and validation, approved
vehicle repairs through our national network of bodyshops, and third party
negotiation and fraud investigation.
Based in Marple in Cheshire, Call 24-7's 220 seat call centre is
manned by our helpful staff who operate 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days
a year, to provide a complete claims management service to our blue chip
clients.

Following our two week induction programme, each member of staff
