Based in Marple in Cheshire, Call 24-7's 220 seat call centre is manned by our helpful staff who operate 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year, to provide a complete claims management service to our blue chip clients.

Following our two week induction programme, each member of staff is provided with a personal development plan to ensure continued measurable development. Performance is monitored on an ongoing basis with feedback and support readily available from team leaders and supervisory staff. For those with prior insurance knowledge, we are also able to offer a "fast-track" development programme.
