Over the last 12 years The Bowman Group has, from its penthouse headquarters in the Paris of the North (Halifax), helped hundreds of organisations to succeed with change. Our team of bright young, and slightly older things, possess a wide range of expertise and are sought throughout the UK and across Europe and the Middle East. The Bowman Group is a small (7 professional staff), expanding, learning organisation with its eyes set firmly on gaining a larger share of the world-wide consultancy pie. We continue to achieve everything that the larger consultancies achieve - major blue chip clients, exciting projects, in-depth involvement, successful solutions, and great relationships. At the same time we manage to avoid most of the pitfalls of the larger consultancies - unnecessary bureaucracy, pigeon holing consultants, functional and hierarchical divisions.
