Antalis UK Ltd is solely owned by Worms & Cie, a French Industrial and Financial group
listed on the Paris Stock Exchange. The main business activities of Worms & Cie are
the Manufacture and Distribution of Paper and the International Management of Investment Funds.

Within the UK, Antalis has been created from the merger of two Companies: Wiggins Teape and Arjo UK Merchants.

Antalis is the fourth largest paper merchant world wide, employing just over 7000 employees.

In the UK, Antalis employs approximately 1200 people. We have 21 warehouses and sales offices
and 2 envelope manufacturing sites with a total delivery fleet of 270 vehicles.

Antalis Packaging provides packaging solutions for the conditioning and
protection of goods during transportation and storage.

The centre and hub for this service is our Interlink depot near Coalville in Leicester,
where we hold stock for local delivery and to support our regional and local centres.
