London Borough of Sutton
Situated in south London and merging with Surrey's North Downs, Sutton offers all the convenience of living in a world class city, and yet has an open feel with 1,500 acres of parks, open spaces and woods and reputedly more trees than any other London borough.
Sutton town centre has a thriving bar, café and restaurant scene and a pedestrianised high street with a fantastic selection of shops and modern shopping centres, one of the busiest in London. It also offers outstanding sports and leisure facilities.
With one of the lowest crime rates in London and a high standard of council services, such as schools, libraries, street cleaning and recycling, Sutton is a great place to live and work.
Location, location
Sutton centre is in Zone 5, less than 30 minutes by train from central London and easily accessible by public transport to the south and west of London, including Victoria, Clapham Junction, London Bridge, Croydon, Wimbledon, and Kingston-upon-Thames. There is also an extensive bus network across the borough.
